Outstanding hotel. Super clean. The room and halls did not have any odors it chemical smells. Also included was a fantastic full breakfast. All for 39.00 plus 7.00 in taxes. Everywhere in the hotel was clean. Staff was great. Also parking was off street and secure. We had a fully loaded car and I felt very comfortable parking behind the hotel. There were also some cameras in the garage, and what appeared to be a security guard on duty. Highly recommended.

This place could have been nice. We arrived after a long 12 hour day of driving with our dog. This place offered pet friendly rooms which can be hard to find at times. Anyways, they charge us 300 pesos for the night for the dog, which is typical and expected. Well when my husband checked us out of the room they charged us an additional 200 more pesos. They stated it's for cleaning the room. My dog is very well behaved. She's a trained service animal that only uses the restroom outside. She certainly doesn't mess with any furniture or walls. They charged us more because they had to sweep and wash the sheets! Shouldn't they always be washing the sheets?? I felt grossed out after sleeping in them and realizing this. I don't understand why state you charge one fee and then charge more on top of it??

I wouldn't recommend this place based off of this experience. The breakfast was good but not worth the troubles they gave us.

Listed as Pet Friendly, yes they are but at a COST. A Furry Family member will cost 300 peso with a Deposit of 1000 pesos more. The Room is good sized the King Bed was very nice. They have Bilingual Staff. The Staff seemed okay. The Restaurant was SAD! The included Breakfast starts at 6:30 am and last until 7:30 am.Management does Not Care. They are in the middle of the City, the only area which I could see was the small grassy area in front of the main entrance. Please Insure you have good control so your family member is not ran over. I will Not return.

This is the second time I have gone to this hotel due to work meetings. The meeting rooms are big enough to fit a small workforce, and in both cases the hotel attention was good enough. The hotel itself looks well mantained. One complain I do have about it is regarding the size of the parking lot: it does not fit enough cars.

Excelent location, the rooms are clean and have lots of space. The service was very good.

Everything was great i had fun with my friends and it was more than i expected. At rooms really confortable and everyone who seviced us were really kind.

comfy rooms, the hotel is located right in the middle of Villahermosa, one block from the iconic Pemex pyramid building. breakfast is not great
