Rooms and bathrooms are very spacious but very old and a/c smells. The restaurant is spotless, delicious, staff is friendly and the prices amazing. Has a private car garage which was great for our peace of mind.

My boyfriend and I stayed here two nights with our dog. We were not given the king room we booked, but instead a double room with no balcony. When we entered the room, it had a funky smell. We soon realized the curtains were completely covered with black mold. There were also mysterious black drips coming down from the ceiling, which didn’t inspire much confidence that the rest of the room was sufficiently clean (especially given COVID-19.) We couldn’t get a good night’s sleep because the pillows felt like cotton ball-filled sacks. What the hotel does have going for it is plenty of hot water, an old but well-functioning AC unit, and friendly staff. However, ultimately, I would not recommend this hotel and we would never stay here again.

Inexpensive but very nice hotel in a good location. The hotel is a short walk from ADO Central, and there is a large Chedraui and a shopping plaza and restaurants within close walking distance as well. The hotel has a restaurant with decent prices. We ate breakfast and all was very good. The hotel has enclosed parking with a guard so your car is very safe here. Wifi signal in our room was very good.

Perfect option if you need to change buses in Villahermosa. The hotel is just 1 block away from the ADO bus station. The place is very clean, restaurant offers Ok food. What we didn't like was that it was not possible to open the windows and let the fresh air inside. We had to turn on the air conditioning, which was rather oldish and quite loud. So it depends how sensitive are you at night to the noises.
Also the internet didn't really work for us. We could connect to their WiFi occasionally for few minutes, the speed was really really good, but then the connection would drop and would not reconnect for another 5-10 min.
The staff was very friendly and kind.
2-3 blocks away, past the bus station, there is a big CHEDRAUI supermarket.

Close to the bus station, very serviceable people. The restaurant could have more variety, but the food is delicious and has a decent price.
