Place needs maintenance and. The pool is dark green and it should be the main spot of attention for this place to come alive the rest is nice rooms are clean. Seems like this business is having a hard time but is not a tourist place. Service is amazing Ulises was extremely helpful and nice the hotel does not have driver to airport until 6 and if you are gonna get picked up from the rental place they won’t send to pick you up.

Very nice and comfortable stay in that hotel. We stayed for one night after we'd arrived from a night bus ride from Puebla.
We were dead tired and they were super kind and allowed us to check in early in the morning at no charge!!
The room was clean and spacious, the bed was very comfortable and the wifi was extremely good. (If you have any work online that is your place)
The restaurant was cheap and the food was delicious, we had some pasta, which was a rare sight.
Highly recommend that hotel!

The price is good, but you can hear everything that is going on in the room next door. Good staff, and clean rooms. Also something to consider is that if you are coming in car you cant access through the main entrance because there is construction in the street in front the hotel. You have to access through the back.

We had a wonderful stay. Friendly staff. Fantastic wifi and business centre. Older yet, clean and comfortable rooms. Good A/C, hot shower, secure underground parking. Great complimentary breakfast. We recommend for a stay when you are travelling

Great hotel, que bottlers, waiters very kind, at evening was very noisy per 10 minutes I called reception they said they had only One minute being noysi wasn't es kind, the night parking guy was a bit rude, the water for roomservice too, at the day the service was better. This is a nice hotel with great promo american breakfast, que the nice view pool, the little gym, the hot water, in general a good place for staying a couple of days or just night even they can get better attitude es at night. Gracias.

The location is exellent if you plan to visit UJAT university. It is also very close to "La Venta" museum. The staff is always polite and willing to help you at all times. The lobby area is big and well decorated, and the rooms are quite big, they include everything you need for a pleasant stay. The pool area is small and cozy, but the best asset to it is the view since it's located on the roof.

Well, it's located near to one of the most important avenues of the city(Av. Adolfo Ruiz Cortinez and Av. Universidad, the services that I get were fine, the rooms are so pretty and confortables and I will return soon for pleasure.
