The rooms were clean and everything worked fine. Customer service was great! I love the wall art in the halls and rooms. There's a good taco stand right outside as well. I would stay here again.

Friendly staff. Worked very well with language barrier. Very clean building. Loved the interior art work. Hallways are open windowed so fresh air is always in. Dining area is good. Staff is very nice and treated me very well. I will be back to thus hotel everytime I visit Villahermosa

In general good service, place is getting old so some stuff could improve. They lost my ID so always ask for yous back! Also take care getting in to the parking as your car is gonna touch the ground with the front bumper (very tight spaces, terrible designed facilities).

This hotel has much more potential, with minimum effort... However some basic renovation with a modern touch, is needed... Spacious. Comfortable mattress. All amenities are in place. Needs attention to details in basic cleaning principle. The room on the 3rd floor was smelling some kind of drainage, very unpleasant. And my toilet bowl not flashing down properly.... Great friendly staff, this come by their nature attitude in this part of the world. We'll done!

As with many hotels in Mexico, outside walls hide inside secrets. We stayed only one night, but the staff was very helpful and friendly. They have a small "Bar" across the hall from the restaurant where we had a few drinks. I often order Margaritas as my preferred beverage. I had 3 and each one was different from the first. My Spanish is poor so I was not able to find out the cause of the changes, however it became a topic of humor to my wife and I. I would certainly stay here again if I were in the area. It's clean and the AC works great.

There was no towels in the room. When asked for them they had no more available.

Great Hotel with nice rooms and friendly staff. Restaurant with good food and very fair pricing.
