I stayed at this hotel last year and it was very nice. The rooms were great. No noise. Breakfast was awesome. Great choice of food. This year it was not so great. The upkeep of the rooms was not good. It was clean but there were leaks over the window, a light out, and it did not cool very well.

Average Fairfield Inn, stuck in a parking lot of a 3rd rate mall.
Clean, efficient - as one would expect.
Bright spot, delightful, friendly staff.

The hotel is in a convenient location, next to a plaza for easy shopping and a number of food places in the area. Uber eats is available here and will deliver to the hotel. The air conditioning in the room always stayed cooled even on the hottest days and the blankets and pillows on the bed were very comfortable plus there was always something to watch on tv. I slept well at night knowing there was a security guard watching my vehicle at night. Will stay here again when in Villahermosa.

I am a frequent guest here and I love how the staff already knows me, recall my likes and dislikes (I’m not difficult), always aim to please, speak to me with the upmost respect, and make me feel very safe and comfortable. The hotel itself has onsite security, you need to pass the reception area to get to the bank of elevators, need your key to go to your floor, and the entire building is very clean, modern, and safe. It’s always a pleasure being a guest at the fabulous Fairfield Inn u0026 Suites Marriot VILLAHERMOSA because of the GREAT STAFF. The building may be beautiful, new, and modern, BUT it is the people/staff who makey stay an excellent one always and NEVER disappoint me. SLG

The customer service from arrival to departure is excellent. All of the staff ensure my needs are met, that I am comfortable, and that all my questions or request are filled. The structure itself is new and modern and has all amenities. It is in a safe location and safety is key for Marriot. Highly recommend, you won't regret it.

This property is excellent all around. Their customer service is superb, the property is up to date and fairly new, and the security of the property is excellent. The rooms are spacious and meet the needs of this frequent, picky traveler. Highly recommended.
