Una capacitación de atención al cliente estaría muy recomendable y les caería bien. Igual quizás optar por la flexibilidad en sus paquetes, porque no querían cambiarnos las guarniciones de habanero, ya que nadie de nosotros comemos picante y queríamos más chimichurri. Al final sí lo cambiaron pero bueno, una pena que el cliente tenga que tener lo que se ofrece y no lo que quiere y paga.
