Great Costco! This one is better than the one I normally go to in the United States. The only issue that I have is the training of the staff. Management needs to train their employees' better on how to identify Costco membership cards. My husband and I come to Villahermosa/Palenque about two times a year to visit with family. We always come to this Costco to get items we need for family gatherings. Every time we use our Costco membership card to enter this Costco the front staff give us a difficult time and question us that it is not a membership card. In the United States a Costco credit card will have the membership info on the back of the card. it gets especially annoying when staff wants to argue with a Customer about the legitimacy of the card. Several times we have dealt with this issue. Aside from this, this is an amazing Costco.

Despite they've been opened for just days, they've managed to offer great options to costumers. There are another two clubs like that, but definitely they are offering a plus to the people, the products, even the self brand, are very high quality. They offer a diversity in products and brands in an affordable prices... The staff is kind and they're always looking for being helpful. The gas station is also a plus, because is cheaper than any gas station in the city if you pay with debit card.
