The experience was sub par for what I expected from Cinepolis. I was watching the new topgun movie, Maverick, and apparently there was a power outage, and the movie stopped. But before that, the lights came on for no reason, they ignored our requests for table service for most of the movie...until my wife went out of the movie to ask. Once the movie was restarted (after 15-20 minutes) the lights came on again so they could begin cleaning the theater...and the movie hadn't ended.
How unprofessional is that...
