Solicité aclaración de una factura y me dice que no tiene los datos, cuándo antes de entrar a la habitación le mandé la constancia fiscal al del turno,... Pedí que me reenvié la factura a otro correo para corroborar que todo está bien y me dice gritando _"SÓLO SE ENVÍA A UN CORREO, PARA LA OTRA NO ESTÉN DANDO TANTOS CORREOS"...Realmente es la peor experiencia, me decepciona, a ver si los de turismo hacen algo, no recomiendo al hotel por éste inconveniente...
