The anthropology room was closed. The history museum is interesting, but very very hot inside.

I visited 29 June 2022, and visitors could only access 2 areas. One tiny room in the ground floor next to the tickett office. It has some info about explorations to map the region and their inhabitants. In the upper floor there is a bigger exposition. It could bebefit from more explanation and interactivity, since it looks like a museum frozen in time with few and unrelated pieces of this culturally rich area of Mexico. No airco available.

You have the archeological site, the history site and a temporary exhibition. I found the archaeological display the most interesting and well documented.

Museum was closed even though it is marked as open... very disappointing!

Museum was closed for remodeling. There was no notification of the closure.
