Hotel Sleep Inn Las Américas

We started our tour of Chiapas with 4 family members at this hotel. The front desk staff was extremely helpful in getting us connected with a tour of the Sumidero Canyon. Breakfast included saved us some $$, Toks restaurant next door had some great meals, Coppel department store conveniently next door, along with Soriana big modern grocery store, and OCC bus terminal where we got tickets and boarded a bus to Palenque.

Excellent service at a times! Great breakfast. Very friendly, courteous staff! I am visiting from the US and stay in many hotels. This hotel rivals any I have stayed at in accommodations and service!

Me and my partner are visiting Chiapas and stayed at this hotel which it’s a Amazing ???? we don’t have word to describe it but in a few letters we just says thank you to the staff your are amazing fabulous made us feel like a family ❤️ amazing attitude ???? guys you really care about people ????????u200d????????????u200d????????????u200d????????????u200d????????????u200d????????????u200d????????????u200d✈️ we spoke to the manager to appreciate for all those things that you Guys had done ✅ for us and she is a sweetheart and one more time THANK YOU ???? WE RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL AND FINALLY WE CAN HAPPILY SAY THERE IS NOT PLACE IN THIS WORLD ???? LIKE SLEEP INN HOTEL PlAZA LAS AMERICAS CHIAPAS????????

Good price. 4 stars since bed sheets were clean but with dirt spots. Great included breakfast variety.

The hotel is an excellent place to spend time I want to go back, the only small bad detail was the bathroom was a little duty
