Hotel River side

A good 8/10 i do recommend!
Very clean, very nice, very friendly!
-A one bed room at ~$650 pesos.
-Swimming pools had plant debri and needed minor cleaning.
-Lights flashing thru the windows was a terrible idea, yet there are curtains and the lighs were no big issue.
-The room was clean, rustic and comfortable. A bit small but still enough space for suitcases and walking around.
-A/C works great, a bit noisy but doesn’t bother.
-Parking lot is tiny, struggled a bit with my Odyssey van. Good for small cars.

The flashing lights into the windows was extremely annoying. But otherwise it was adequate. Rooms are pretty rustic. The shower had super hot water which made it a task to adjust since you have to stand in the water stream to adjust it because it is in a wedge shape and the faucets are in the point of the wedge. Really nice staff and very accommodating. Will stay there again because it is clear sailing to the airport from there.

My family and I stayed one night in this hotel and we were very disappointed. The pictures posted online are diseaving. Not even close to what is listed. We had mice droppings on our beds and coachroaches. The water never got warm in order to take a shower. The staff was also very weird about the AC and TV remotes. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Don't waste your money!

This hotel doesn't rate even one star. The room was filthy, and had obviously not been cleaned for many days, or perhaps even weeks. The air conditioning was totally inadequate, and with temperatures around 34C, the room was unbearably hot. The TV was so old it was black and white, and reception so poor it was impossible to watch any of the programs. Internet access was unavailable. Within 15 minutes we decided write off the cost and move out. We actually found a very nice modern and clean hotel just minutes away and at a much reduced rate. My advise; give this one a miss

The hotel has adequate service, with understanding staff and a nice view of the sumidero canyon. The sol suite is an apple luxurious suite with a nice ample view of the river. Bathroom is questionable in its design, and it's a trouble to use because of its design. Room service is ok, but quite slow and unprofessional.
