Service is great, rooms are clean and modern. The restaurant in the back offers traditional dishes at reasonable prices. If you are sensitive to noise ask for a room in the back and you should be fine. Would definitely stay there again.

The decor and concept are nice, but the tiling in the bathroom already looks old and dirty. There was a terrible smell in our room the entire time, maybe mould or damp somewhere. The service was ok, they charge 20 pesos for a small bottle of water. The reception were reluctant to call a taxi for us ‘because it takes a while to arrive’ and suggested Uber…I think Uber is quite new in Tuxtla so there aren’t many drivers, so we had to wait over 25 mins for an Uber. Would have been nice if they could have just called a taxi. They have a weird thing about giving the tv and aircon remote on check in and you have to remember to bring it back to reception at check out. I forgot so he made me go back up to the room to get them.. was already stressed because of the taxi situation and a bus to catch so it seemed unnecessary and kind of bad service.
