The hotel advertises itself as 4 stars. While the reception might meet this standard as soon as you reach the first floor the decoration is old and tired. The room is fine, a decent size but it lacks the details. The towels are falling apart and the lighting is poor. The beds are fine and it's generally clean.

The climate control has only two speeds, which is uncomfortable during the night. The location is perfect just 3 blocks aways the centrum plaza. The breakfast buffet is Ok and the hotels rooms are nice.

The restaurant is good and cleaned, but it need to have more variety of food, I think there is the the same food cooked in different ways. The area is pretty big and the service is excellent, the location is in downtown and they have parking there.

Bed is super comfortable, pillows not so much. The air conditioner is a bit of a pain in the neck. Good experience overall.
