I had to face a language problem at the reception area, and my second visit was not pleasant as the first. The receptions billed my companion, who left the hotel late, and she was not aware of any booking procedure. I made the reservations and presented my card upon check-in and made the payment, but she was asked to pay for one night or not let her out from the premises; as she needed to catch the flight, she made the payment and sent me the receipt. Shame on the receptions staff who can handle simple matters smoothly.
