Absolutely the best hotel we stayed in Mexico. As a hotelier, I can definitely tell you, that I am jealous of their Staff commitment and level of service.
Absolutely recommended without a question.

The room smells very bad of mildew. There's black mold growing on the cieling. No hot water in the shower.

The property is very outdated. We had issues with water not draining and overfilling in shower and sink, toilets would not flush properly. We were moved to another room and the same issues were encountered. Only plus is that it is with in walking distance of parque de la marimba. Total disappointment!!!

Skip it. First we got the room where the toilet water flooded the bathroom. Then they changed it for another room where I got bitten by the bed bugs. They said sorry and offered no compensation whatsoever. Not to mention that the breakfast was extremely poor and below average quality.

We really enjoyed the room itself. The bed was firm but we found it comfortable. The room very clean. The breakfast options were okay but could use a bit more variety especially for kids. Maybe adding some waffles or pancake options. They also served the same thing 2 days in a row, didn't even bother looking on our 3rd day. We ate elsewhere. One thing that really bothered me was one of the taxi drivers that works with the hotel. He took us to Chiapa de Corzo and on the way he made coversation with us but he was speaking about women in a negative way. That didn't sit well with me. He also stares alot which made me feel very uncomfortable. This of course is not the hotel's fault.

A spotlessly clean little gem in an otherwise grimy town. Good value room with a big comfortable bed. Excellent breakfast buffet. The staff were very efficient and attentive. The main parque is really close so the location is also really good.

Excellent place to stay! We were very satisfied with the hotel personel because they were very nice. Excellent customer service!
