I like this hotel very much. Front desk staff are very helpful. During my recent stay Fernando, who speaks excellent English, helped me to change rooms. The pool is great. The AC is strong. Beds are comfortable. Rooms come equipped with mini fridge and microwave which is helpful. I like to use the small Business Room for work when I travel. There is a large shopping center 2 blocks away. Overall I am very satisfied with this hotel and recommend it highly.

While the hotel was nice, the beds were comfortable and the staff was nice, there are some areas to improve. At one point, while showering, i legit thought the water had been turned off. That’s how bad the water pressure is. The A/C sounded like a helicopter was in our room. It’s a nice hotel, and maybe it was just our room. Not all too happy.

Nice place very clean, but I don't like it because breakfast was not included in the packet. The waiter was very friendly and nice.

Ok. Desk staff seemed bothered that we were there. Cold and impersonal - not welcoming. Floor in bathroom was dirty. Limited TV. Only one English speaking channel, poor for a US based hotel company. More channels are available here, they're just too cheap to provide them.

Good choice for Tuxtla. Extra clean and comfy rooms. The breakfast buffet and a la carte choices are very well prepared. The hotel is also in a nice area, with easy access to the main roads leading into and out of town, a good choice if you want to explore near by attractions and return to a safe and nice environment after a day of adventure.

They checked me into a room that was already occupied. I enter the room with my bags and there was someone in the shower and the bed and floor full of personal items. This was after midnight. Then it took another 30minutes to get into a room that was actually available. And they increased my rate by 50percent. Unacceptable.
