Very expensive even by London standards. But it seems myself and others got a lot of joy out of treating this place like a rest up short trip from the rest of Mexico. I was only there 24 hours but the hotel and facilities are ideal.

One of the few places without air fresheners, definitely a plus. Facilities are new and modern, albeit air conditioning barely kept the temperature at 72 in both rooms we stayed at. Breakfast buffet is ok, way more limited than the other Fiesta Inn in Tuxla. Fully recommend it.

I loved the hotel view which looks out to the beautiful chiapas scenery. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, the restaurant served delicious food with fast and friendly service, and the room is very beautiful. I am putting four stars only because the floor in my hotel room was a bit sticky and had to ask for it to be cleaned and found some dirt in one of the beds. Other than that, I would definitely reccomend staying here and would come back again.

Neat, clean and great location! Having a mall at your doorstep saves transportation time and cost.

We stay at the Fiesta Inn Ambar Fashion Mall frequently while travelling in Tuxtla. Always friendly and helpful staff and clean and excellent room conditions. Highly recommend the Fiesta Inn.

View is amazing
Hospitality was excellent
Room furniture is a bet dead. Not inviting
Small gym has amazing view
Pool is tiny, but again, has good view.
Location by a large mall and in the way to Canyon

Clean, confortable and excellently located. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is great for the price paid. Parking included. The hotel is on top a shopping plaza and the only access is by elevators which in certain hours delays your in and out of the hotel. Take that in consideration when doing appointments. Other than that is perfect for the price paid.
