Great service. Small room, but clean and efficient.

On Aug. 1st, I was coming in from Nayarit, so my husband paid for a room to spend the night there in Tuxtla. There was no hot water, and when I called the front desk, she told to make sure I had the faucet turned the right way. I assured her I did, with red being hot and blue being cold. She said she would send someone up to check. I said no, she did anyway. I did not let the man in, as it was past 1100 pm and my husband was asleep. The man said he would check the boiler but I never heard anything back from the front desk or the man who came to check.
In the morning, there was still no hot water, and my husband called the front desk. After waiting for a bit, I called the front desk and the gentleman said that the maintenance man would not be there until 0900. We were calling at 0700.
This is the second time that we have had a terrible experience with CEJ. The first time they charged us for 2 rooms and would not give us back the monies for 1 room. Now this.
As we were leaving the morning of Aug. 2, a couple was checking in and I said, in spanish, you better think about it, as there is no hot water and they do not care to make it right.
For a hotel that prides themselves for service and best price, think about how to make your customers your top priority.
Unless you make this right we will never be back and will give CEJ bad reviews.

Good location, rooms are quite big, but we had to wait for our room (they were cleaning the room), good service,. But the breakfast included was not so good, there is no variety, and the taste was not the best

This hotel is great for a quick stopover in the city. The rooms are clean, basix, and on the small side. The hotel is on the outskirts of town, which is convenient for airport access.

Very tiny rooms, breakfast its included not bad.

The rooms are fine, the bed is confortable, the bathroom Is small but clean, the breakfast could be better.

I liked it over all but I wish they had Fresh juice not artificial
