This is a good place, I actually enjoyed the food, don't take the star rating too literally. But for a place that exclusively sells Chilaquiles it could be better. Everything was OK but nothing remarkable. The Salsa Roja was good but the Salsa Verde was lacking a bit of taste. The sour cream and the fresh cheese were pretty tasty (the classic Chiapaneco flavor) but the portion was small. We ordered the Bistek Chilaquil and the Cochito Chilaquil, they had enough meat, but I do not recommend ordering the one made out of Cochito because the flavor of the meat is lost. And well the coffee was a bit plain but the Agua de Maracuyá was flavorful.
As for the the vibe of Adelita, in other branches are more "artisan" but this one does not have that as you can see in the photos.
