The best food I ate in Mexico was served at this Italian restaurant! The place is set in a ancient mexican house, it feels cosy and traditional with an Italian touch (pizzas are made in a traditional Italian hoven, with some wood sticks to make it work). The owners are very welcoming and charming, serving incredibly tasty Italian food, I didn't even found in Europe ! Great experience ! A must go in Tutxla !

An authentic Italian touch, it has diversity in its menu (it's not just pizzas), and the ingredients are of very good quality.

The restaurant is medium/small which makes it more private. The decoration is nice, it has several tables, you can make reservations.
As such they do not have a parking lot but you can park the car on the street or in the square that is right in front, most of the places are closed at that time and you should not have any problem.

It has takeout service (you can go through your order) and home (with extra cost).

The only thing I see that they could improve on is customer service. On arrival no one greeted us, the staff would come every so often but there was no one to call to order and we had to wait until the person showed up. Of course, most of the staff is friendly but they lack training in hospitality and service.

El restaurante es mediano/chico lo cual lo hace ser más privado. La decoración es linda, tiene varias mesas, puedas hacer reservaciones.
Cómo tal no tienen un estacionamiento pero puedes estacionar el coche en la calle o en la plaza que está justo en frente, la mayoría de locales ha esa hora están cerrados y no debes de tener ningún problema.

Tiene servicio para llevar (puedes pasar por tu órden) y a domicilio (con costo extra).

Lo único en que veo que podrían mejorar es en la atención a clientes. A la llegada no nos recibió nadie, el personal iba a venía cada cierto tiempo pero no había alguien a quien llamar para pedir y teníamos que esperar hasta que se apareciera la persona. Eso si, la mayoría del personal es amable pero les falta capacitarse en hospitalidad y servicio.
