Real Inn use to be a nice hotel, back in the 90's. Now it's worn down a bit and needs major maintenance.
Staff service remains the best side of their business.

Good deal in price. Good breakfast. Room 2101 was outdated with several faults in the infrastructure. See photo. Lamps are not easy to turn on, as you need to be lucky to find the switches sequence on/off. Dinner was not good. They offer a NELLY TORTA for more than 210 pesos, with 4 types of meats. For the price you imagine a big baguette but what you receive is a thin sandwich in a roll bread with one single slide of roast beef, pork ham, turkey ham cheese and avocado. Very small vs price.

Horrible bed, mattress was probably 10 years old, had to sleep on the floor to try to avoid back problems but ended not being able to sleep, barely 3 hours. Reading lamp had very dim light and food food was average at best. This hotel should be priced 50% lower.

Great staff. Convenience to eating and shopping. Quite. Nice pool area. Small well equipped workout room. Delicious breakfast. Easy access to airport.

I only went to have breakfast there but my friends that stayed there always comeback to this Hotel. The breakfast buffet is nice with good variety and options. Good costumer service

Staffs are all kind and room is clean and comfortable for me.
Small health club
Small swimming pool
Buffet in the morning
Starburks inside is the best in this place.

Very beautiful and well maintained grounds. Entrance is right on the main road with a water fountain outside the front door, the area offers a selection of chain and local restaurant options nearby.
