Usually on places like this should be a flag waving at the flag pole but there wasn't any flag. There is the government building la Presidencia de Torreón. Don't know why but no flag was there. ???? it is a nice place people can have good time especially in the evenings and weekends for families.

You can do hang here safe and the pleace is kind nice and it has nice pleaces to eat and drink close to it
