This is an open-air Market that's pretty old and lots and lots and lots of vegetables.
Most stalls are fruits and vegetables there's a smattering of leather goods and other things for sale.
Very little English is spoken here so have your Google translator up and running. The prices here are a little better than other markets in the area probably because of the great amount of competition. If you want to experience a Mexican market this is a good choice I highly recommend.

Typical central market layout and commerce activities. From fresh produce, candy stores, restaurants and live animals can be purchased here. A little lacking in general maintenance and esthetic appeal. Prices are reasonable and some haggling can be done on certain products.

The traditional fresh products market meats, produce, home made foods, such as the popular corn Gorditas, flour gorditas and gorditas de cocedor/horno all traditional and artesanal food.
