This place las Akita’s used to be such a great place, now manager really is rude, disrespectful, and very unfriendly. I was here Friday aug. 28 at 730 pm I’m sure the main general manager knows who was here at this time. The food was very sorry, thick and sour bbq. Witch is supiste to be delicious, anyways they took my plate 3 times to bring it back the same and manager was very non friendly and non helpful. When I told him we wasn’t coming back he said ok. Thank you. This is the service they give in Mexico in this restaurants that’s sad. I been to so many places here. And very happy, also this one las year was wonderful, management and employee was not making out with each other, or bringing little cesars to eat infront of costumers. Like their food is not good... and yeah they are right, is not good. Sorry to say this but I’ll make sure I’ll let ppl know how bad this place is...

Alitas are small, tasted like burned oil, the waitress at the entrance is so rude and they take for ever to just simply take your order

Service had good intentions, but was poorly effective. Took a long time to receive order and food was cold and not what expected. Usually not the Las Alitas experience, but it is not the first time this happens particularly at this place. Perhaps personnel shortage? Not sure. This time it was quite disappointing.

It's a good place to eat. Delicious food (hamburgers, boneless, etc) The service at meals time usually takes more time than expected. They have TVs so you can watch sports

Yesterday night i went in and ordered some boneless wings ,when i got home i started to eat them and the taste was not that bad but bad if you compare it to wing stop or something,i wasn’t gonna do this but later i found a big strand of hair going though my half eaten wing and i was in disgust.Later that night i got food poisoning and i hadn’t eat anything before so im sure that was the cause.

Very, very poor service,,,, slow, and food order was wrong,, we had 6 people and the only ones in there took over one hour,,,,,,

The food is great, the music too and the beer is cheap... What else could you ask for? Try the burgers and, of course, the wings and boneless.
