Horrible. I got my ticket through hopper. Round flight Montreal-Torreon. First part of the trip was all good. But on the Torreon - Mexico flight of return, I got to the airport 10 minutes late, the girl at the check in received me with "to late flight is closed" I obviously went to the argument of " flight leaves in 40 minutes" so. She asked for our codes, and told me I had no reservation. She looked for it a few times and gave me again the you have no reservation sorry call customer service, I am closing the flight now. So I went in to a rage and told her I had called two or three days before to confirm and they did say I already had assigned seats and all was in order. It wasnt until someone else from the airline took a closer loom and found my name in there.if I had listened to her? I would have had to pay a second flight on another date for way higher prize. She didnt even have the decency to apologize.
