I have Stayed in Ibis Hotels in Europe and have Stayed at Ibis Torreón. Everything was at Ibis Satisfactory Standards. Only Problem was from Arriving I was Followed by the Overly Friendly Security Guard. Anytime I came back to my Vehicle he would Follow me Acting TOO Friendly. I even seen him Watching me to Go Eat Dinner. But ignored him. When I went in the Morning. He again Followed me Around Hounding me for a Tip. And I don’t Appreciate that Kind of Hospitality. I’m Sure he Gets Paid by the Hotel. Us Paying Customers should NOT Need to Tip Security Guards at Ibis Hotels for Watching Our Vehicles. We Pay Enough to Stay at Your Hotels.

Great service, love the location. I found the bed a little small for me and also the pillows to small.

Great Experience! What an incredible experience we had. The ibis Torreon exceeded all of our expectations. The Covid procedures were very thorough, the property was super clean and the service we experienced was more like a 5-star resort than a reasonably priced hotel. Also, all of the restaurants in the hotel and plaza were excellent. Thank you Javier and crew!

No conditioner. AC was not working because other rooms were using heat. No coffee maker. The iron is located in the hallway. No bath mat for the shower. Wifi was good but i will not be coming back.

I just got back from Torreon and we had a 3 day stay in this hotel
10 family members; rooms are clean and the restaurant provided special service to accommodate our family all 24 guest that some came in from a close by town; I had 2 family members with wheel chairs and Micheal, Daniela, Victor and Carlos gave us the best treatment one would home for in any high end hotel;
I usually never write reviews, but this guys deserve my recognition for great service.
I plan to stay there every time
I am in town

They are pet friendly. We only stayed one night, but enjoyed it.
