Horrible, broken door lock, poor internet, 400 peso pet fee (not deposit) loud a/c, hot room. No phone to contact front desk. Never again!

The hotel entrace is very polished. The lobby of rooms and room carpet need to be removed. Our room had a leak and smelled bad. They fixed the leak but again smelled bad. The pool was green it needs to be cleaned. You could see the grease or cap of something in the water. The food is delicious as well as hospitality of the employees.

The business center wasn't working properly, the computers were very old and slow and the printer didn't function as expected, it printed only in black and white and blurred. In the room the water didn't flow at the shower. The price is definitely too high for the quality it offers.

Great options for breakfast. Kind receptionists. Too much perfume at the elevator and inside the room. You get used quickly. Shower water takes 2-3 min to get hot.

Excellent customer service, nice and clean rooms, on each floor there's a coffee break and fruit for quick snack, that's awesome, totally recommend!!

We attend Lala's Marathon and they allowed to extend check out by 2 hours enough to attendo our event and take out our stuff, take a shower and everything, I would recommend it for this kind of events

Rooms are nice, the AC works fine and there is hot water. Is well located with several stores and restaurants nearby.
