Normalmente solía hospedarme en ese hotel ya sea por la empresa y de placer , pero tuve una pésima experiencia , se metió un ratón a la habitación el cual se anduvo paseando y al avisar a recepción solo les causa gracia en el estado de desesperación que yo estaba porque son una persona con fobia a esos animales , les pedí que me cancelaran las noches que ya tenía pagadas y su respuesta fue que ellos no podían hacer nada y que procediera como quisiera , que ese no era su problema el no tener yo donde quedarme a pesar de que fue un mal servicio por parte de ellos !!!
