My worst experience in a hotel. They charged me more because my reservation was for two single beds and I was traveling with my family. There was not any comment on my reservation clarifying that point. Guys at reception very unprofessional and rude. They just gave me one mini bottle of shampoo for 4 persons in the room and one soap bar. When I asked for more shampoo the guy was very rude with me and tried to gave me a body lotion as shampoo when he clearly had more shampoo in a bag. So I also changed my attitude with him and finally got another shampoo bottle and another soap bar. I'll never come back to this place. Do not reserve here guys!

It's a really nice place to spend some time with friends or family. You can get some coffee and have a nice talk due to the peace of their coffee shop.

Good service and the rooms were comfortable, placed in a good angle to let the guest a good view of the city

The receptionist very rude and impolite. The hotel is really old and makes you really sad

It is a topical 80's hotel in the Torreón's style, it keeps an air from that edge.
