I love the Hampton Inn, and overall always have a nice stay at them at US or Mexico.The hotel is nice and clean, rooms are old but well maintained and clean. Service at the desk was good but they didn't sent my invoice and the questionnaire that I received had the name of other guest, for this reason I am giving them 3 stars for service; first time they failed. Location is good, you are near everything. Complimentary breakfast was good.

NOT pet friendly as advertised. Had to scramble late at night to find a different hotel after driving 14 hours.

Swift checkin and polite service from every employee we were in contact with.

From front desk personnel, maid service, to restaurant workers, all were great.

Rooms and facility were clean and orderly.

Relatively inexpensive, large room and comfortable bed, very friendly and helpful staff. No fridge, very loud aircon and mediocre breakfast under Covid conditions.

Always have groups of kids staying at the hotel. They make a lot of noise at night and early in the morning. Impossible to sleep. They congregate in the breakfast area in the morning and there is no food left for other guests. Can't get cold water to drink at this hotel. No refrigerators in the rooms. The air conditioning and heating often don't work properly.

I was disappointed because I was expecting the same level of service and property upkeep like the Hampton Inn in Piedras Negras. I would not stay here again since I've stayed at better hotels in the area. Bed sheet has some stains, bed was really hard in some areas and lumpy in others. We were told we would have a box lunch for breakfast due to the covid restrictions. The box lunch was a brown bag with a water bottle, a banana, a fruit bar, and a hostess like cupcake. We normally stay across the street at a different Hotel but I was looking to collect rewards as we utilize the Hilton line quite often; won't be doing that again.
