Really disappointed, bad experience overall, from the check-in through the last day, furniture in the room was old and in some cases a safety hazard (like the couch) , half of the hotel was closed due remodeling but there was not an easy access to go anywhere with no signs, to go to your room basically from the parking you need to take 2 elevators, go trough the restaurant area, the pool, and finally to the back door. The elevator door (safety edge) was not working so a couple of times we were hit by the elevator door, the refrigerator in the room was not working correctly, all the food got frozen we requested to replace it and we got a new one that did the same thing, so we lost a lot of food, the pool was poorly maintained, after all these I decided to cancelled my stay (original booking was almost 3 weeks and we only stay 10 days) , the excuse from the administration was: we are new in this hotel so everything you see bad is because the old administration... really???
to be honest we are not planning to come back to this hotel, we will stay away from it, if I have to say something good from the hotel is about the staff in the kitchen, waiters and maintenance people they were all the time really kind and friendly.
