I stayed 2 nights, everything was fine until I did my chechout and realised I've left my jacket in the closet. I called back and ask them to please have it ready as I returned 3hrs later to the hotel, once I arrived they haven't even looked for it.
They went upstairs and said "sorry it's not there", given it is a "good" hotel they should have contacted the cleaning lady and made more of an effort to try to find any lost property.

I'm asking at my job to reduce the number of reservations they do with them.

Great location. Lobby restaurant are modern and bright. Food is decent. Rooms are good size and the bed is comfortable. Furniture and bathrooms show their age but are clean. Staff was very courteous

Quality hotel, adjacent the mall and a short walk from other restaurants and a local bar. Modern building, rooms quiet. Beds are very comfy.

One small critique, the shower isnt very hot and no adjustment of the spray pattern.

Have stayed one night of 6 planned so far. Room is spacious and the shower pressure is excellent. Beautiful outside pool is very relaxing and intimate. Breakfast selections in the morning were awesome, buffet style and omelets cooked to order. Hotel is very near shopping and airport but no airport noise. I would stay here many more times

Great service, clean rooms. If you're looking for a hotel in the area, I recommend stopping by here.
The only downside is the parking since you have to pay for it because it's part of the plaza.
