Nosotros en Mexico aun no tenemos cuenta bancaria porque acabamos de llegar, pero les aseguro que en el BBVA no pienso hacerme nunca clienta. El viernes tenia que pagar urgentemente una tasa de la secretaria de Asuntos Exteriores en algun banco, fui al BBVA de la Plaza Almanara y despues de estar esperando 45 minutos a que me atendieran, pregunté porque se tardaban tanto, que solo debia pagar una cosa en ventanilla y me dijeron que, al no ser clienta, todo el mundo pasaria antes que yo???? A ESTO LE LLAMO YO NO TENER VISION DE NEGOCIO, si a los clientes potenciales se les atiende así de mal, ni en broma quiero formar parte de este banco. No sé de quién depende el BVA en Mexico pero espero que no sea de ningún español porque estan dejando el nombre del Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria al nivel de la suela de los zapatos. Despues fui al Citibanamex y en 4 minutos de reloj me atendieron, con una sonrisa y deseando que abriera una cuenta con ellos y así lo haré.
