This was our go-to café while staying in Toluca this month. The coffee was phenomenal and service very attentive and friendly. We tried just about everything on the menu. The waffles were outstanding and coffee very fresh and rich. I loved the Europeo rich is an americano with an extra shot of espresso. The restaurant is very clean, including the bathroom. It was always dead on Sundays when we went - we usually had the place to ourselves. I wish they had Chemex or other brewing options but overall we loved it here. Highly recommended.
