Incredible Service in the hotel and restaurant! Super Friendly and accommodating! Secure parking next door, beautiful terrace, great rooms, hot shower and good price! Highly Recommended !!!

Positive: We wanted to have dinner at the restaurant on our Anniversary, but we were unaware until it was too late that everything closes by 6pm on Sundays haha, But the room was fantastic and comfortable, the wifi worked very well, the location was awesome, walking distance to everything you need. It felt like a safe area. The staff was amazing. My husband and I stayed there for our 2 year anniversary. When I booked there was only one room left (it had an great patio and private location), but it had 2 double beds. I asked if they could maybe push them together, the went beyond that, when we got there, there was a huge king size bed, with red balloons on the bed in the shape of a heart. Their kids even drew us "Happy Anniversary" pictures for us. I would definitely stay there again.. Negative: There is nothing I can think of. The room was quiet and the place was fantastic..

Affordable, clean, spacious room. Safe parking for your vehicle is provided. Free WiFi too, works great. The hotel is small. Would recommend reservations. We did not have any and got in (weekday).

We stayed on the second floor (Roble). Mini kitchen, dinner table etc. Beds were comfortable and plenty of bedding if you like to bundle up.

For budget accommodations, you'll be hard pressed to find better options in the city. The room was simple but clean. There is plenty of hot water, and although the rooms aren't heated, the beds have plenty of blankets to keep you warm.

Remember that this isn't a high-end hotel, so walls are a little thin and the place is a bit hard to spot from the street. Nevertheless, the service is always polite and helpful, and if you want more solitude, one of their suites will probably still cost less than a night in the Holiday Inn or Fiesta.

Positive: The owner was very welcoming, he told us about how to get to the Nevado de Toluca; city center with the Botanical Garden is close by; big supermarket around the corner; WiFi worked perfectly; room was big and very nice, as was the bathroom.. Negative: Only con: the pillows have been a bit too hard, but that is a personal preference.

Abraham and his brother were extremely gracious and took the time to detail all the hot spots in and around Toluca. The hotel was extremely clean and in a great location. It also had hot water on demand, a beautiful terrace, fast wifi, and free Netflix.

Overall great stay, would definitely recommend.
