Siempre que visito un lugar nuevo trato de pedir basicos/clásicos por qué si puedes hacer algo que todo mundo hace bien, pues que bien...pero si logras hacer que un clásico se sienta casero y a la vez elevado pues estamos hablando de un gran lugar.

Smaken consiguió eso, mi hamburguesa sabía a casa pero a la vez gourmet, había un no se que que me reconfortaba en ella por que era algo conocido y también me intrigaba por qué no podía identificarle y de repente TOCINO! como una patada en la boca...que rico TOCINO!

Tengo también que decir que me sirvieron rapidísimo! Me atendieron muy bien y al final cuando pedí un café... Oh! Que bien olía toooodo el salón...

En mi experiencia muy recomendado, es de esas joyitas que buscamos que Toluca empiece a valorar, enaltecer y sobre todo que la gente entre y disfrute de experiencias culinarias alejadas de lo que se acostumbra en el centro de la ciudad.
