Brilliant hotel. High standard of rooms and facilities. Maybe try to book an even numbered room, as the odd numbers face a very busy highway and the noise creeps in. That said, the rooms are large and the bed is far from the window (super king in my room). Complementary coffee and bottle of water first night and coffee and water provided in the corridor. Breakfast is not included as standard, but it is 100 pesos IIRC, so not exactly expensive to add.

Stayed here for 5 days and 4 nights in the month of Jan'16. We came to Toluca for vehicle testing to be done on Pegaso Dinamico Centro. Hotel was nice and staff was courteous. Food was pretty decent and options were plenty in the buffet. Good accessibility and location. Great sunset views from the main entry.

Good service and clean rooms.
The food is ok, but almost all plates have a common flavour: a hint of motor oil.

Cheaters, the person in front disk always asks people to pay again for rooms even though he sees that rooms are paid with Expedia or Booking. Be careful with the person in the FRONT desk he must be stealing from the hotel.

Professional customer service from the beginning. We were helped with our inquiries. Personnel extremely polite. Service was excellent. Wil return to this place, and recommend it ????

I only visited the lobby but that was enough for me to tell it's definitely a modern place. Sadly there was a piping malfunction that got the lobby flooded, but I hope that got fixed really quick!

This is a good hotel for a couple of nights during a business trip or social event, it's near to centro dinámico pegaso.
