Vine a hacer un trámite a Toluca y decidimos investigar desde antes en dónde nos podíamos hospedar y encontramos este hotel como opción porque en las imágenes se veía muy bien todo, sin embargo al llegar y ver la habitación fue toda una decepción. La habitación es muy pequeña y eso que se pago la premium, el baño igual de pequeño y el agua caliente nunca quiso salir bien y ni que decir de las toallas estaban horribles todas rotas, la tv igual mal, la recepcionista pésima atención, el ruido del exterior todo el tiempo por lo endeble de las habitaciones. Todo muy mal de verdad con este hotel, desgraciadamente nos dejamos llevar por las fotos que subieron en internet y nada que ver con lo que anuncian. Pésimo no regresaría otra vez.
