Hotel is fine, shower head tubing not fixed, check-in staff need to smile, food is average and service was not attentive. Valet parking staff were great. Maybe need to inspect their food safety protocols.

Not a single disposable cup at the room for drinking water, no coffee machine (but there was a bin for the coffee capsules) and not a refigerator (but there was an electrical switch for it). Both elevators from the parking lot, out of order. And yes, they charge you all of them!

Very expensive, but not worth anymore!

Clean, good service staff and within walking distance to a couple of malls and several restaurants.

Visited for Business, everything was clean, staff was excellent, definitely a good choice for a no drama trip. Also the adjoined restaurant has many delicious options for dinner and good service too. The only thing I would change would be to start the breakfast at 5:30 or 5:45 to make a commute after breakfast easier with traffic

First surprise was that the hotel name sign was having three letters out as of a cheap hotel which I thought might be due to recent earthquake and they will fix it during my stay (10+ days). The check-in was fast and good however I wanted to change my room as the first had a platform directly below it and the receptionists were very fast to address that issue fast.
The room was clean and neat but the amenities were very limited (shower gel and shampoo, bar soap, hair dryer and towels) don’t expect slippers, shaving kit, dental kit or even coffee and tea; all of that has to be paid for separately and not sure that they even had slippers.
The internet speed was ok.
Breakfast is served to table after selecting from an online menu.
I tried the laundry service and it was too slow where for regular clothes (nothing special) it took me three days to get back mine and I had called already four times and promised to have them (soon!) at the last time after I waited two hours I had to leave and casually asking the receptionist she handed them to me!!
The gym has some good equipment for a nice workout, mostly cardio (stationary cycling, treadmill…) but had no towels and lighting is dimmer than normal.
I’d say for there’re other alternatives for similar price and much better service.

Amenities are for a cost, I can’t believe that I had to pay for coffee at the restaurant and the machine at room has to be replenished at a cost.
No special treatment for elite members, toilet paper and tissue paper have to be chased to be replenished, carpet had stains, laundry takes 2,5 days although it is said to come the following day. The lady receptionists at morning shift have no courtesy and aren’t helpful.
Restaurant misses always something in orders even ordering from the menu.
The hotel itself has the sign of “Courtyard” with three letters off and no one seemed to notice during my whole stay (11 days)
