Old school gym with iron weights. Many machines lack attention (worn pads) but i dont mind.

Love this gym. Great equipment that you'll only find at the more expensive gyms in the States.

However, I'm REAL sick and tired of asking "who's using this machine?" because people here will use it and then go use other machines far from the one I ask about. Either no one answers or you have to go to the other side of the gym to ask them. People also leave all their personal stuff everywhere so it becomes a mess. Very clique-y crowd as well. And Please get someone at the counter who can actually greet you...very frustrating to go somewhere for 4+ months and no "hi/how ya doin'/good to see you", etc. Bad manners.

(Edit: the women are off the chain. "Incredibly hot" is a minor understatement. I suppose these women here don't have day jobs at Soriana or Dax)

I love this gym.
Hammer strength machines, great atmosphere, friendly staff.

Recommend over all others

Little bit hard to find but just trust Google maps and enter the port to go up 2 stairs

Nice gym with plenty of equipment and weights bodybuilders and serious lifters can get a good workout in. If you are looking for acres of treadmills put in your manpon and high tail it back to 24 hr *YAWN* fitness in the U.S. I gave 4 stars because the parking is tight-really I'd only take off a half a star. It's a nice day trip-a workout and a delicious post workout meal. Hell, they even had a 2XL t-shirt for $10.

Awesome traditional gym, everything you need is there and conveniently located. Best freaking gym in TJ that I've been to

Great Gym, there are multiple personal trairners were you can choose from at different rates. A lot of dedicated people attend to this gym, I suggest you do the same.
