Good place to shop? More like the only place to shop. If only there were more decent options in this neighborhood I would literally never opt to go here. While we could say a lot about the long lines because of the constant absence of cashiers, and the not too clean aisles full of questionable products, what really irks my soul is the disrespectful and rude customer service. Not only are they fraudulent double charging your credit card, when you ask for a receipt they force you to wait for a manager who then mocks you for wanting one. When you finally are given a receipt for one of the two purchases made when they duplicated charges on your card, you get to listen to their lovely manager on duty, Gabriel González, disrespect his cashier saying she doesn´t know what she is talking about, insulting her, smirking at you as you try to explain that you actually need a receipt as proof of at least one of the transactions since now you have to start a dispute claim with your bank to even recover the fraudulent charge, then passes you off to another manager who is rude when you ask for her name. "What do you want my name for? I am not part of this." Clearly the people running this store have had zero training in customer service, which really begs the question as to how in the world they ever gained employment at this place, let alone were put in positions of authority. So forget the obnoxious long lines, systems going down and rebooting between customers, dirty produce and the like. The main reason you should never go to this place is because they have no respect for you as a customer, especially when they make an egregious error and you dare to call them out on it and insist that they remedy the situation. Until tonight I had never seen this type of behavior by management in any grocery store in either the U.S. or Mexico, and I hope I never do again.
