A small cozy restaurant located in one of the oldest Tijuana's neighborhoods. The service is excellent and super friendly. The food is delicious. Don't forget to try the clam soup, it's great and served in big bowl, nice portion. They have a great variety of wines and drinks. The sangria pitcher was excellent. The selection and quality of coffee is also very good. Reservations are recommended specially on weekends. Open from 9 am for breakfast and untill 10 pm for dinner. Breakfast reservations are also welcome. Credit cards accepted.

Good and different food, it's a small place with a waiting list but if you have time it feels cozy and a piano player that makes the place feel nice while you eat there, its not expensive, bought for 3 persons like than 35 dlls

The food was delicious, but I loved the tiramisu. The place is small but it doesn’t feel like it. The restrooms are not handicap accessible but the entrance is. The experience and the food overcome the fact that the place is not 100% wheelchair accessible. Go prepare to wait in line..

The restaurant is very eclectic inside. The server was polite and very helpful. The food was outstanding.

Riochia 7 is a great place to impress someone with exquisite Mexican cuisine in the morning or very good Italian food later in the afternoon.

The variety of breakfast options and drinks makes you return every time.

A recommendation is to call before to make a reservation to avoid long lines on busy days.

Free WiFi, very Bohemia homesc, price are little high for my wallet, @35 seating, located on edge of tough area of town, tamale in banana leaf very gringo safe and flavorful, slightly dry, tasty drinks, very different from the norm, coconut water chocolate served in coconut shell. Incredible, unbelievable taste lasagna, all plates of very high quality, lacking quantity, partial offset price. If quality is number one, this is the place. Live music in the evenings, good service, food served within reasonable time, not very busy. All plates gringo safe, no spicy surprises, but flavor of each plate is surprising, with a group do share a bite of each others plate.

I had the Chipotle Chicken with pasta, wife had Traditional Lasagna, and friend had Chicken Breast in White Wine with Vegetables. The drinks were Turkish Coffee, Summer Red Beverage, White Summer Beverage, Pox which is a Mayan beverage made of Maíz and Chocolate and a Kiwi Strawberry Tea. The desserts were Apple Pie with Vanilla Ice Cream and a Tiramisù that was presented in a Pot. Everything was delicious and the service is one of the best I've ever had. I will definitely continue to come here.
