I was referred to Pompeii by a few friends. I don’t think I would have chosen them on my own because Mexico has SO many options. I booked my surgery and paid nothing up front. Sent them my plane ticket confirmation. To confirm my apt. I went by myself and honestly the whole experience was amazing! I would do it again in a heart. My only complaint is I do feel they are higher priced than anywhere else. But I do feel the care I received does make sense to why they are on the higher end. Dr S was outstanding and I’ve had ZERO complications. Truly so glad I went here.

Original Pompeii facility is nice. Your companion is fed the two days while at the surgical center. Kept very clean!! Nurses were friendly and helpful. Dr. Q answered all my questions and checked on me after surgery.

I'm not sure where to start. I guess I will start with the absolutely wonderful staff. Everyone at Pompeii was exceptional. They were caring and attentive. I was there in 10/29/21 for revision surgery. I could not have asked for better care.
They take care of everything. You worry about nothing. From the beginning to end, they have it covered. From spa services to your food going home, they have thought it through.
If you are thinking about going to Pompeii, do it. The Dr.'s are highly trained. They truly care about your success, as does everyone at Pompeii.

A family member had a procedure here and it could not have been a more pleasant experience. The communication has been absolutely superb, the staff makes you feel at ease, every surface is spotless and it is incredibly safe.

So many wonderful things to say about this place but I'll start by recognizing those I believe went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure my stay was not only exceptional but truly one of a kind. That was
Rudy, Alex, Max, Chris, Javier u0026 Tony. Each one of these individuals was superb in their job description and I cant stress enough how Lucky Pompeii must feel to have them. I was scared when I arrived, asking a bunch of questions. Never did they shy away from answering my questions or concerns and they were wonderful at dispelling any fears on my end. Without them I'm sure things would've gone fine as well but just knowing their staff was that awesome made me come and leave a review to express my extreme gratitude. Great Job Pompeii...just one thing. Very important thing. Have ALL the patients that come require proof of vaccination and or tests showing they are free from covid.

Absolutely a wonderful experience. Everyone from the doctors to the driver's, they were all amazing. Facility is great, better than US I should say, the nurses are always attentive, everyone gives their 110%. The only regret is, I wish I had done the surgery sooner.

My Daughter had surgery here Yesterday, June 2nd. She did very well here. The staff is very kind and caring. They go out of their way to help in Any way they can. We are at the Mount Vesuvius center. We are very pleased to have had her surgery here. This is a Great Facility. I found it to be better than where I had my Same Surgery in the states 7 weeks ago.
