Very small plaza on 9th street. Has very good hair stylist for Men y women most days. Nice chinese restarant inside the plaza. One thing about this plaza--not
alot of parking---however just Up the street is Las Pulgas parking lot y has plenty plus does not cost much---so you can walk everwhere from there.
