It was apparently clean. But the shower was not working (there was no even water), there was a huge light on top in the middle of the room, there was no hair dryer in the bathroom as they say and housekeeping people were knocking on the door at 9 am. I would not go back.

Simple, rather minimalistic hotel with excellent staff! Both Luis and Luz really go above and beyond with their service. I was extremely impressed, and I travel worldwide. The building has a history: it used to be a hotel in the 50s, and it was completely overhauled in 2019, and it's just opening after the pandemic. It's super clean, basic, and if you want to be downtown, walking distance from every imaginable shop, and many of the best restaurants, you will be right there!! As for the rooms, there's a bed, reading lamp, tv, AC and a brand new washroom. Everything in working order. Streetside rooms may be a bit loud, since you are right downtown. I loved it, and will be back!

I really enjoyed my one day one night stay here. You get a smart tv and a decent bed. You also get great customer service from the ladies in the lobby. Talk about a bang for your buck in downtown TJ!

I loved this brand new hotel. The overall design is very stylish - but more importantly, it was super clean, the mattress was extremely comfortable (better than my own) and the service was excellent. We also appreciated that it was walking distance to all the hot spots (bars, restaurants, movies). Highly recommend!

We were some of the first guests to stay at this new hotel. It is definitely the nicest hotel in Tijuana. The staff are so lovely and there is always a security guard. There was Netflix on the TV and aircon, really cute and lovely hotel.
