Best gym in Otay area tijuana.
They opened up a gym right across from it so they lost a lot of clientele. Great for the consumer but not for the owner.
They are working on more gastro type restaurants behind it so that you can have a healthy meal after the gym.

They have sauna, showers, vapor room and lockers. Staff is friendly and they also have instructors if you need them. Preferably it's my gym of choice and it's in a great area.

Great gym in the otay area. They have some great trainers here and have a lot of free weights and machines.
