The room had microwave and refrigerator which is great to have them in the room.
Ductless split AC worked perfectly. They provided free parking which is awesome.
Reception has one assistant who can talk to you with English , which is great.
Room and bathroom was clean and equipped with clean towels...

Pillows are ok , they have white and clean cover but they didn't provide white sheet for bed Which is not acceptable for me. It's not hygiene to use it.

Wifi was terrible. It disconnected anytime.

My room was number 27. It was upstairs and next to the street so it has a lot of noise specially in the mid night. It's not good for relaxation. May be double window or insulated door is the solution

Potentially here is a good place to stay but They should review their services. And work on them to get 5 star.

For the money, this place is good. Nice staff, clean rooms, nobody annoying knocking on the door to ask you to clean or check out, safe location in nice part of the outskirts of Tijuana, close to delis, bars.

Thie the WORST HOTEL ive ever been too..none of us slept all night, Walls are too thin, and so are the windows.. Too much noise from neighbors at 2am and too much noise from cars. Smh

I'll start off by saying it's not bad. It's a great price and there's someone watching everyone that comes into the hotel parking lot. We stayed here because my dad invited us for the weekend. The hotel is outdated but clean. The rooms are small but they work lol. Won't mind coming back if we're staying in the area.

For the price and the convenient location, this motel can't be beat. Pet friendly, staff that tries hard to make guests feel welcome, and above all VERY clean with updated rooms, using USA standards as a guide. Off-street secured parking and a relatively safe area just 5 blocks from the Rio Zone and the Paseo de Los Heros. Plenty of stores, restaurants, and services within easy walking distance.

Horrible service, my nephew stood the night while I picked him up for a vacation and lady was so rude to him and it was freezing cold and she made him wait outside when he turned key in!! Horrible service. Holiday inn was beautiful and very polite!!
