...this place doesn't have fancy menu, coffee is just ok, yet those simple breakfast offerings are fresh and hearty, a bit on the pricy side but not not too bad. I like the clean open kitchen and how everyone from the restaurant are working together to get your order ready! Nice little place!

I was in Mantequilla for breakfast. The food is tasty and the portions are good, the staff is friendly and the atmosphere is quite enjoyable. We had the birria kiles and the French toast and they were really tasty. It is not a place to come and eat in a rush since service is not particularly fast. Even if they have valet parking, parking can be tricky when the place is full.

Excellent service! Beautiful ambience! My food and my latte was not hot????! But they was good nevertheless.
FYI hostesses doesn’t speak English ????

Great food and service. Only thing they need please turn on is the air conditioning! Otherwise Great experience. Bendiciones!

A bit expensive for my cheap ass, @100 to200 peso plates, rich area to be expected. food served slow but menu warns you 15-35min, 2 plates in 10min last one in 20. All gringo safe, chillecilles have a gringo safe spicy kick. All plates good quality, but not large for quantity. Parking could be difficult at peak times. Free WiFi. If you are a drunk, 199 peso bottomless mimosas, I saw them mix them strong. Caliente race track across the street, spend you winnings here, not you hard earned money.

Cool place with good food. French toast was the best. Service was good but the wait is too long though.

The first time we came to this restaurant everything was jaw dropping, the food was amazing and the customer service outstanding. We came in today for the chipotle chicken chilaquiles, the American breakfast and the avocado toast and we left very disappointed in the quality of the food and the customer service. Our server was Ernesto and he was not attentive not once during our visit did he ask us how the food was or offered us refills, he simply walked around talked to other coworkers and didn’t pay any attention to us even when I was complaining. The eggs on the American breakfast were cold, we didn’t even eat them because it seemed they had been left out for a long time. The bacon on the avocado toast was raw, literally it looked like they opened the package of bacon and just put it on the toast and the chilaquiles also had cold eggs, semi raw chewy chicken and the chipotle sauce was cold. Luckily there was a short, older lady that was very attentive to us she took our plates and give us refills on our coffee (she’s the only reason I’m giving two stars instead of one). For me a restaurant could have amazing food but if customer service is horrible it’s not a restaurant I’d like to come back to.
