I would like to give them zero stars... My dish was awful ☹ , the service was terrible ???? and the fans aren't working, so I was not having a good time at this place at all ????. I paid $180 pesos for the worst chilaquiles verdes with 5 tiny slices of chicken, and 1 guava drink.
Laihoo's cafe located at Playas de Tijuana is way much better ????????

Update 2020: Place is really falling off a cliff lately. The licuados we got where pretty much flavored milk, with the same conatitency as milk. The enchiladas got really small and are lacking flavor. I don't know what happened, this used to be one of my favorite places to eat. No more, they just lost a customer.
So this used to be one of my favorite places to eat. The food quality has dropped off drastically in the last two years.
Now often it is bland, flavorless, and the salsa just tastes like smashed tomatoes. I still come here hoping they will become better like they used to be.
I don't know what happened, but I miss the old flavors. Used to be a 5 star, now just average.

Good little place to eat central Mexico style. Breakfast is always packed, but in the afternoon you can take a shot at tortas cubanas, delicious chilaquiles, mole plates and an excellent cafe lechero.

If you want to experience the "old school" Chinese coffee shops from the mid 20th century, this the place to experience some of the flavors from that era. Cafe con leche, house made bakery, and the famous bisquets. Nothing like warm bisquet with natas if you know what that is. Took me back to my infancy at my parent's Restaurante Insurgentes in Mexico City. I try to eat here every time I visit TJ.
